Micro Consumption

A typical project is an assessment of the contribution of a given organizational product or system of products (or services) to the quality of life of consumers (those who consume the product/service and/or those who may be indirectly affected by it). Specifically, the study would assess consumers' long-term satisfaction with the various aspects of the product or product system (or services) in relation to their overall quality of life. The objective of this research is to identify important product or service dimensions that consumers feel dissatisfied with and help redesign and market the product/service in a manner that can enhance the quality of life of target consumers.
